Return & Replacement Policy
At PapaPure, your satisfaction is our priority. Due to the consumable nature of our products, we maintain a strict but fair return policy.
1. Eligible Returns / Replacements
We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:
- ✔ Product received is damaged or leaking
- ✔ Incorrect product delivered
- ✔ Product packaging is tampered during delivery
Important Timelines:
- Return or replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
- Returns can be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- We offer a 7-day replacement and exchange policy; once approved, the replacement product will be delivered within 5 days.
2. What We Require
To ensure faster resolution, please share the following:
- 📹 Unboxing video (mandatory)
- 📸 Photos of the damaged/incorrect item
- 🧾 Order ID and registered phone number
