2. Dispatch Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

• Metro Cities: 3–5 days
• Other Cities: 5–7 days
• Remote Areas: 7–10 days

(Delays may occur due to weather, festivals, or courier issues.)

4. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.
• Standard shipping charges apply below that amount.

5. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email.

6. Damaged / Wrong Product Delivery

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please share unboxing video + photos within 24 hours to info@papapure.com.
We will offer:

• Replacement OR
• Store credit (based on case)

7. Non-Delivery

If the courier cannot deliver due to incomplete address or unreachable contact, the package may return to us. Reshipping charges may apply.
